By using our services or requesting information through our website, the client acknowledges these T&C as binding. Any deviations require written form and the express consent of both parties.
Requests for our services can be made in writing via our online form, email, or mail. A binding contract is only established with our written confirmation of the service. For individual legal services, the contractual relationship begins with the client's written acceptance of our offer. We reserve the right to decline requests without stating reasons or to cancel agreed consultation appointments if insufficient participation occurs. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded in full.

A one-time appointment rescheduling is possible without additional costs if requested at least 24 hours in advance. For ongoing legal services, a notice period of 30 days to the end of the month applies.
At BuyLegalHelp, we are committed to client satisfaction and maintain a fair refund policy for our services:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with an explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction. We strive to process valid refund requests within 14 business days. Please note that certain third-party fees or costs already incurred may not be refundable.
We commit to providing our services with the utmost care and according to current industry standards. Our legal services for property transactions are based on information and documents provided by the client. We assume no liability for errors or inaccuracies arising from incomplete or incorrect client information. Our consultations provide information and recommendations but do not constitute binding legal decisions. For definitive legal decisions, we recommend consulting a specialized attorney for the specific area of law. Our liability is limited to intentional misconduct and gross negligence, and in any case, is limited to the amount of service fees paid in the last six months.
All materials, reports, templates, and other content provided by us are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a simple, non-transferable right to use these materials exclusively for their own purposes related to their property transaction. Any disclosure to third parties, reproduction, or commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited. Data and information created or provided by the client naturally remain the property of the client.
The protection of personal and property data is our highest priority. All data collected in the context of the contractual relationship is used exclusively for contract fulfillment and client support, and is treated in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Detailed information on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these T&C. By requesting our services, you agree to occasionally receive information about similar legal services from us. You may object to this use at any time.
Swiss law applies exclusively to all contracts. The courts of the Canton of Zurich have jurisdiction for all disputes. Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original provision shall be deemed agreed. There are no verbal side agreements. Changes to these T&C must be made in writing.
